Job Title: IT Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Must ensure that the company's IT systems run efficiently with minimal downtime, and to provide one on one support to its users.
• Support purchasing department in all related purchases.
• Negotiate and administer supplier contract agreement
• Identification and development of training needs of all staff in the department
• Project manage the implementation and integration of all IT projects
• Periodic back-ups of all relevant Company’s data for retrieval.
• Support HR department in the recruitment of IT staff
• Ensure renewals and prompt payment for all IT related services.
• Maintain security and privacy of the information system, communication line and equipment.
• Draw out maintenance schedule
• Technical support for the Company’s website
• Site preparation for new outlets for computer installation
• User creation and deletion on ERP and mail servers
• Establishment and maintenance of intranet and internet facilities to ensure effective communication system.
• Develop standard operating procedures and best practices including providing written protocols to IT staff and all end users.
• Design and maintain long term plan for the development of the IT infrastructure, including contingency for disaster recovery.
• Medium term planning for upgrading and maintaining systems.
• Preparation and monitoring of departmental budget and ensure its implementation.
• Must be responsible for applying Information Technology in a way that is useful to business.
• Developing adequate and relevant policies to enhance the smooth running of our business in line with IT facilities.
• Any other task assign by the manager.

• Should have a minimum of a B.Sc degree in Computer Science or other related field.
• Should have a minimum of 2 years progressive experience in IT field
• Should have hand on experience and knowledge of troubleshooting and repairs of computer systems
• Should be conversant with ERP/POS
• Good interpersonal skills
