HostNowNow is a fast growing Hosting company in Nigeria. We are recruiting to fill the position below:


Job Title: General Support Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Provide Front line support via email, live chat and telephone.
  • Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues when customers are having with their web hosting plans and services.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Requirements
  • Good Communication skills
  • Have basic knowledge of computing and Internet. (compulsory)
  • Degree in Computer science or related field
  • Web development knowledge will be added advantage
  • Proficient in Computer skills
  • Applicants must have at least OND
