Job Title: Siebel Application Support
Location: Lagos
Job Description

• Support within the ITIL framework
• Platform Health-check on the Siebel production environment
• Proactive - Application and System Monitoring
• Deploy Siebel release onto production environment
• Responding to Request, Adhoc Queries etc. via ITIL framework Service Requests
• Implement certain minor configuration changes subject to approval of the Siebel Change requests Board, which does not have an impact e2e or major change in functionality.
• Test the resolution for production issues on a pre-production representative environment.
• Implementing new automation jobs using Unix shell scripting.
• Strong Siebel CRM functional knowledge.
• Trouble-shoot application related problems on Production
• Incident Analysis and Resolution for all production Incident Cases
• Root Cause Analysis of Incidents.
• Coordinate and monitor Data Loads in production
• Report performance to Service/Program Management.
• In-life issues / resolution and co-ordination
• Housekeeping and Log Archival.
