We have an interesting job opportunity for a Customer Care Supervisor.

Job Title:  Customer Care Supervisor

Requirements:

  • B.Sc., a Masters degree is an added advantage.
  • Have experience in mobile phone call center management.
  • Candidate must be above 25years and free to go on transnational trips.
  • Minimum of three years Call Centre management experience.
  • Proficient team management skills.
  • Fluent English and communication skills.
