• We require very aggressive, results-oriented, disciplined and passionate sales leaders with strong customer relationships skills in three key sectors - financial services, telecoms and oil and gas - to join our team in Nigeria.
• To be successful in each role, the candidate must have existing and extensive customer relationships across industries.
• Candidates will receive management support and guidance throughout the customer engagement process.
• Must have 5+ years of business development experience
• Must have 2+ years handling large accounts
• Extensive network of relationships involving large corporates, medium and small enterprises
• A strong knowledge of technology and business systems
• This role require candidates to be versatile in their knowledge of business technology, industry trends and customer needs.
• Candidates must be experienced working with both internal teams as well as vendors and business users to create the best solutions possible.
• Strong experience with OEM and distributor engagement
• Experience with Financial Services, Telecommunications, Oil and Gas

• Technical background
• Post-Graduate Business Degree

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• Advanced skills in: C# ASP.NET, Javascript, and their related Tools or Frameworks Current generation DBMS (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL), Xamarin, PHP,Laravel
• Experience in Team-based Software Application Development.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years work experience in Software Development at a production level will provide an edge.
• Microsoft or Oracle Professional Certifications will provide an edge.

• Asp.net : 2 to 3 years
• Javascript : 2 to 3 years
• Sound knowledge in data structures and algorithms, including the complexities of various algorithms.
• You should be able to use this knowledge in solving a problem you are not familiar with.
• You should be able to suggest the best data structures and explain what algorithms you will use with an analysis of complexities.
• You should be able to iterate on what you say to get better solution. You should be able switch from one working solution to another more efficient one.
• The knowledge mentioned above should not be something like "a hash table will give constant time, while a tree will give logarithmic time". Depending on the situation, it may be different. Get the basic concepts thorough.
• Strong coding skills in some language, preferably an object-oriented language
• Familiarity with design patterns.
