We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

Job Title: Card Data Operations Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Promptly convert data from clients into the various machine formats.
Promptly process, raise, and send to production within 30 -60 minutes of file receipt.
Promptly decrypt and Log files processing.
Record any visits to the data/ server room during shift.
Log jobs processed in the assigned logbooks.
Log every file with defect into Issue Tracking and share with Supervisors, RM, and Customer Services.
Generate embossing and mailing list for all relevant cards (VISA, Verve, and MasterCard).

Qualifications

HND, B.Sc Degree or equivalent with an experience in a similar role

Requirements:

Familiarity with Windows Office Suite (Above average knowledge of MS EXCEL and MS WORD).
Excellent knowledge of WINDOWS OS and accessories.
Good communication skills
Good Analytical Skills.

Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Job Description

Act as bridge between specific Business Units and IT Services
Co-ordinate and plan operational activities to maximize the value provided by systems to that Business Unit.
Work with the End Users to define and document Business requirements (BRD) in terms of functionality and performance and identify ways in which IT services can benefit the business,
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

Job Title: EMV Support and Implementation Officer

Location: Apapa-Oshodi Express Way, Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

First level troubleshooting and resolution of personalization and other production issues.
Implementation/deployment of existing script for the same chip type
Ensure to carry out a successful PVT Test on every pilot/test card
Promptly process, raise, and send of pilot data to production within 96hours of file receipt.
Escalation of issues to (Card Data Operations Supervisor or Team Lead, EMV Development) for second level support if issues cannot be resolved within 60 minutes of request. ..This is to be done on a 24 hours /7 days basis.

Qualifications

HND, BSc in Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years in Application support, implementation, and management role.

Additional information:

Familiarity with Windows Office Suite (Above average knowledge of MS EXCEL and MS WORD).
Excellent knowledge of WINDOWS OS and accessories.
Knowledge of computer usage proficiency and either of Python or C#, SQL, and good knowledge of XML is an added advantage.

Job Title: Lamination Operator

Job Description

Receipt and validation of job tickets and materials from collation, press and inventory
Sign off of material control documents and verification on raw materials received as per job ticket
Storage of received material in a clean and dry environment
Storage of gloss, matt or any other production plate in a clean and dry environment, ensuring no scratches come to the surface of the plate.
Maintenance of dummy sheets sheets, stored by thickness in a neat and tidy way to fill in plates when plates are not in use
Operation and 1st level maintenance of all lamination equipment
Production in a timely fashion ensuring high quality
Responsible for documenting and updating production status documents and updating the central server with such
Recording all downtime experienced in the unit
Recording and escalation of any defect, rejects, errors etc experienced during a shift
Responsible for daily cleaning of lamination equipment
Provide weekly reports on all Activities, Issues and Outlook in addition to daily job cards
Liaise with Collation, Punching units and Press Operators to ensure efficient sheet processing within production
Recommend initiatives, policies to reduce waste, increase performance etc to production management for consideration
Responsible for ensuring that damaged sheets are destroyed in accordance with approved guidelines.
To exercise overall responsibilities for safety and security within the press area.
Ensure adherence to PCIDSS and GSMA standards in carrying out daily operations
Responsible for all infrastructures within unit. Required to provide support on cost reduction, innovation and general efficiency increase initiatives and policies within unit.

Qualifications

Production Engineering, B.Eng in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, HND in Printing Technology
3 years’ experience in an offset printing position with experience of operating a Heidelberg printing machine.
Experience in security printing of any kind.

Job Title: Senior Android Developer

Job Description

We are looking for an Android Developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits.
This Android app developer will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications.
Android Dev team works closely with other app development and technical teams.
Designs, develops and modifies mobile software applications and components; supports and/or installs software applications and components; works from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the role.

As a Senior Android Developer, you'll build beautiful and user-friendly Android apps for our customers.
Your code will be written in a timely and scalable way all while ensuring strong optimization.

You'll work closely with our product team to deliver high-quality Android apps.

Responsibilities

Develop new complex mobile applications from top to bottom (user interface design, application design, implementation, unit and functional testing, deployment to customers). Implement new features in existing mobile applications.

Qualifications

Mobile application development tools and environments
In-depth experience with application and user interface level using at least one mobile application development language
Knowledge & experience in Web Services -API
Asynchronous programming and networking protocols.
