Job Title: Sales Manager (Fixed Line) Location: Abuja
Job Description
  • We are seeking to hire a Sales Manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing the sales team. He/ She will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with the marketing department on lead generation.
Responsibilities
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • Developing the sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years Sales Experience in Telecommunication/ ISP Company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Good team management experience in Abuja market, capable of handling minimum 3-4 senior sales officials.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience on manager level of handling corporate/ channel sales.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
