Job Title: Operations Support Specialist
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating process maps and owning the production and introduction of new network and data center operations processes, while driving adherence and compliance to these processes.

• B.Sc. Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics, M.Sc or MBA will be added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years' work experience in a Telecommunication or ISP environment with good technical knowledge (SDH, IP, Ethernet and other networks).
• Good knowledge of Data Definition Language: SQL commands, Access and Excel reporting skills for improving data quality and analyzing, manipulating and formatting data into presentable reports, charts.
• Knowledge of process frameworks (e.g. ITIL, eTOM, APAQ etc.). and able to manage technical and non-technical staff.
• Experience in certification programs e.g. ISO 9000, 27001.PCI - DSS etc.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exposure to Six Sigma or black belt management training/certification.

• Responsible for evaluating market trends and developing innovative product concepts as well as crafting the right message for the company's products to drive demands.
• Directly responsible for project and product management activities to drive sales and profitability.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or other relevant field.
• Masters in Business Administration, Marketing or professional qualification in a related field will be an added advantage.
• 5-8 years' work experience in a product management/marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Great attention to detail and ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits.
• Very good planning, organizational and analytical skills.
• Must possess good relationship management and customer service skills.

• Responsible for the operations and maintenance of the Data Centre infrastructure including power, cooling, fire detection &
  suppression systems, access controls, surveillance and the Building Management Systems.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience.
• Good knowledge of power systems such as High Voltage equipment (Transformers, HV/LV control panels, Generators etc. (for Electrical Engineers);
• Good knowledge of High Voltage precision/ precision cooling systems (for Mechanical Engineers).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must possess good problem solving analytical skills.
• Data Center Operations or other relevant data center certifications.

• Responsible for the effective implementation of marketing strategies targeted at communicating with MainOne's current and potential customers to increase market penetration, customer growth, and profitability.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field. Postgraduate/ professional qualification in a similar field will be an added advantage.
• 5-8 years work experience in a Marketing role.
• Experience in business to business marketing preferably in an ICT related industry.
• Very good planning, organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must possess good relationship management and customer service skills.

• Responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure of all projects relating to technical solutions delivery
  for MainOne.

• first degree in Social Sciences or B.Eng, B.Sc, B.Tech, required.
• 7 years work experience.
• At least five (5) years' experience in a project delivery or management role.
• Must have experience in managing telecom projects.
• PMP or prince2 project management methodology preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must possess good relationship management and customer service skills.

• Responsible for developing and articulating solutions based on a customer's strategic business or technical requirements ascertained from interaction with relevant business units across the customer's organization.

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
• CiscoCCDP/CCDE.
• At least eight (8) years industry experience.
• At least five (5) years' experience in a Solutions Architect role.
• In-depth level knowledge of networking technologies, VPN, QoS, firewalls, routers, switches, DNS, Metro Ethernet, EoSDH.
• Ability to work with OEM partners to create solutions to address complex technical needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must possess good relationship management and customer service skills.

• Responsible for managing business relationships with customers in the Enterprise Sector, to identify opportunities for growth and increased revenue for MainOne as well as improve the customer experience.
• Will manage existing, relationships with major Enterprise customers, and understand their business requirements in order to assist in the development of strategies that will enable the customer to grow and succeed.
  

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Sales Manager: Minimum of 10 years cognate experience, with at least 5 years experience in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Account Manager: Minimum of 5 years experience in Telecom Industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must also be able to identify customer business requirements and work with the MainOne technical team to proffer appropriate technical solutions.
• Must possess good relationship management and customer service skills.
