As a result of growth and expansion, we require competent, highly motivated and dedicated individuals to fill the following position:

Job Position: Legal Officer
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Responsibilities

• Review legal agreements for department heads and provide feedback.
• Manage internal legal records
• Facilitate lawsuits externally and internally by documenting potential claims issue
• Interface with external legal counsel
• Manage law enforcement issues and serve as the point of contact for all law enforcement matters
• Keep abreast of pertinent legal and regulatory developments, laws and regulations
• Interface with regulatory authorities over compliance issues

• Must have graduated from an accredited university and from law school.
• LLB, BL degree
• 3 years post call to bar experience
• Age between 35 & 40 years
• NYSC discharge certificate
• A member of Nigeria Bar Association
• Must be computer literate.
• Ability to interact with various levels from staff to management
• Ability to partner with and influence others to drive process changes
• Strong analytical skills to form objective conclusions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to synthesize information and make clear, concise recommendations on courses of action
• Solid business judgment, critical thinking skills and ability to prioritize assignments.
• Intellectual curiosity and a strong work ethic characterized by high integrity and professionalism

• Effective maintenance of electrical parts of Machines.
• To detect electrical faults on machines and proffer solution.
• Ensure quick response to electrical faults within the Factory.

• Minimum of labour Trade Test I, 11 and II.
• Minimum of 3 years working in a Manufacturing Industry preferably a bottling and canning factory
• Must be between 18 & 35 years of age.
• Computer literacy is an added advantage.

• Effective maintenance of Machines.
• To detect mechanical faults on machines and proffer solutions.
• Ensure smooth running of Machines during operations.

• Minimum of labour Trade Test I, 11 and II.
• Minimum of 3 years working in a Manufacturing Industry preferably a bottling and canning factory
• Must be between 18 & 35 years of age.
• Computer literacy is an added advantage.

• Sales planning and execution, distribution & trade marketing
• To develop a trade territory and a sales plan capable of delivering market share, volume & profit to meet company marketing objectives.
• To ensure brand availability and visibility at point of sales in the territory.
• Adequate knowledge of fast moving consumer goods sales
• Basic knowledge of computer application.

• Minimum of B.Sc./HND in any discipline
• NYSC discharge certificate
• A valid Drivers License
• Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in sales
• Age between 28 and 35 years
• Computer literate, able to use key office applications.

• To redistribute SANS cream soda in designated areas (especially SANS Cream Soda in cans).
• To look for sales order within designated territory
• To monitor stock level, sales performance and feedback from the field on weekly basis and report to Area Trade Marketing Manager
• Sell to Retailers. Shops, Supermarkets, Wholesalers, Bars, Hotels, Distributors and Joint within the assigned area.

• Minimum of NCE or OND from a recognized Institution
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in sales canvassing
• SSCE holders with 5 years working experience in sales canvassing of FMCG can also apply
• Must be able to ride a tricycle and have a valid riders permit
• Should be between 25 and 30 years of age
• Effective communication and selling skill.

• Personal selling and awareness creation amongst key health care professionals, groups and associations for our pharmaceutical brands.
• Establishing business facilities development and sales to hospitals, institutions, government parastatals etc.

• Minimum of B.Pharm.
• A registered member of Pharmaceutical Council of Nigeria
• Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in sales. However, candidates with degree in Biological Sciences with 3 years experience can also apply.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills, drive and integrity will be required
• A good knowledge of computer office applications including power point.
• Age between 30 and 37 years
• A valid Drivers License.
