A Multinational Pharmaceutical and Consumer Goods company, is looking for determined candidates to fill the following position:
Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities

Achieve monthly target National Sales Performance.
Achieve and updating rolling forecast every month, considering sales/ stock report and sales target.
Achieve target Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and P/L (Profit and Lost) distributor.
Respond and report to Head of Sales & Distribution Mgr.
Develop and achieve annual sales target.
Monitor data such as market share, competitor’s activities and sales.
Travel at regular interval for direct sales monitoring with sales force, distributor and outlets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Economic, Marketing or any of the social sciences)
Can work under pressure
Good networking with any wholesaler/store and distributor
Have a driving license
Max 35 years old
With at least 3 year experience as Sales Manager in consumer goods or pharmaceutical company preferable from reputable FMCG company
Good communication and negotiation skill
Proactive, like challenges
