Requirement

• Degree in a related field, Masters Degree will be an advantage.
• Experience: At least 15 years experience in Facility Management. Strong analytical skills.

• Key role: Manage the entire facility; etc

• Degree in a related field, Masters Degree will be an added advantage.
• Experience: At least 12 years post NYSC.
• Experience in Facility Management will be an added advantage.
• Competencies: Management Skills
• Key role: Oversee the Leasing dept/collection of rent & service charge, etc.

• Degree in a related field, Masters Degree will be an advantage.
• Experience: 10-15 years experience.
• Competencies: Very strong technical competence.
• Key role: Develop Technical Service strategies and allocate appropriate resources, etc

• Degree in a related field, Masters Degree will be an advantage.
• Experience: 5-10 years experience.
• Competencies: Organizational skills.
• Key role: Management of Tenants, etc

• Degree in a related field, Masters Degree will be an advantage.
• Experience: 4-10 years experience.
• Competencies: Communication skills.
• Key role: Discover and explore opportunities, etc.

• Key role: Reconcile all revenues collected on a daily basis, etc.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years post NYSC with experience in Audit from an Audit Firm.
• Competencies: A demonstrated knowledge of finance/accounting /internal controls
• Key role: Provide an independent/objective assurance and consulting service to management, with the aims of evaluating /improving effectiveness of risk management, control processes, etc.

• Degree in a related field, Must be an ACA.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years post NYSC.
• Competencies: Fully qualified ACA with previous financial control experience.
• Key role: Management of the finance function, oversee the finance team, Preparation of budgets, etc.

• Degree in a related field.
• Experience: 3-7 years experience.
• Competencies: knowledge of accounting /internal controls.
• Key role: Conduct risk assessment of departments/functional areas, etc.

• Degree in a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience.
• Competencies: Communication skills.
• Key role: Carry out administrative tasks & management of the CE's diary/appointments, etc.
