Job Title: Head of Operations
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities

• Successful applicant will be responsible for the supervision of vehicles and fleet supervision; follow up on maintenance to reduce down time and maintenance cost; timely submission of all documents for billing; RA's: overtime; weekend allowance amongst others.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills with computer literacy.
• B.Sc / HND in any of the social sciences plus four to six years relevant experience in fleet management, car rental, haulage and vehicle leasing.

• Supervise all client reservation and request; ensure all the vehicles in the fleet are tracked; follow up on maintenance to reduce downtime and maintenance cost; keeping of records such as fuel; billing etc.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills with computer literacy.
• B.Sc / HND in any of the social sciences plus least 3 years experience in fleet management, car rental, haulage and leasing of vehicles.
• Must have computer skills and good inter personal relations.

• Must have understanding of all fleet contracts and ensure its proper implementation, respond and resolve emerging problems in good time, manage, control and report fuel cost amongst others.

• ND in relevant discipline plus over five years in fleet management' car rental, haulage and vehicle leasing Good in Microsoft/ excel with good inter personal skills.

• Identify and evaluate customer needs with a view to meeting them; follow up potential clients on weekly basis; conduct marketing and sales activities etc.

• B.Sc/ HND in relevant discipline with at least five years experience in marketing fleet management, car rental, haulage and vehicle leasing.
• Good skills in negotiation, interpersonal and computer.

• Successful applicant will oversee the complete accounting functions of a business unit.
• Must be able to prepare final accounts of a business unit amongst others

• B.Sc/ HND in relevant discipline plus ACA with six to eight years hands-on experience.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet given targets

• Must have practical knowledge in handling HR/ Admin, functions such as compensation and benefits management; recruitment/selection and placement; training and development, administration of staff welfare; payroll preparation and administration etc.

• B.Sc/ HND in any of the social sciences plus 3 to 5 years experience in a well structured Human Resources department.
• Membership of CIPM is a must.
• Excellent in the usage of computer applications.

• Recommend the replenishment of inventory; compile information on receipt or disbursement of goods and or inventory; verify data report figures against physical count of stock; prepare reports of inventory balance, prices and shortages; investigate and report reasons for discrepancies etc.

• High level of computer applications knowledge.
• B.Sc/ HND in any of the numerical disciplines plus 3 to 5 years hands- on experience.

• Must have good knowledge of the assigned routes, road signs, driving skill, mechanical knowledge of the allocated vehicle.

• WASC/ GCE plus valid driver licence with at least 5 years hands-on experience in a corporate environment and must be between the ages of 26 to 45 years.
