Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

The Role

• To understand the products and services, and to communicate them effectively
• Develop, establish and maintain market strategies to meet organisational objectives.
• To improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalising on market opportunities, and refine and improve product packaging, and to implement the best market-penetrating strategy
• Protects organisation’s value by keeping information confidential.
• To develop field sales action plans and meet monthly targets.
• Assist, build and maintain effective client relationship.
• Generate sales lead and close sales within a short period.
• To work with the marketing team to ensure that all marketing goals, campaigns and strategies are all aligned with the sales strategy.
• Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, telephone calls exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities.
• Provides information by collecting, analysing and summarising data and trends.

• A first degree from a recognised University with 3-5 years post NYSC experience.
• A proven track record of business development and sales experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent numeracy skills.
• Internet savvy.
• Real estate experience of at least 2 years will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills.
• A self starter, with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Good project and time management skills.
