Job Title: Marketing Executive - Insurance

Location: Rivers

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain an appropriate incremental sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals
• Gaining New business through brokers and direct business by identifying and exploiting opportunities in the local market
• Achieve personal sales targets and brokers units team sales target by developing new business with existing and potential clients
• Provide feedback on market requirements and ideas for improving sales and product performance through brokers
• Maintain thorough knowledge of important product categories and industry changes.
• Create and implement a structured plan to achieve set targets
• Maintain a good working relationship with clients, primarily insurance brokers and direct clients
• Introducing new products and promoting them through regular visits and frequent communication with clients and brokers
• Consulting, promoting and recommending the most effective cover for a particular need, taking a number of factors into account.

• First degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course.
• MBA will an advantage
• Professional Certification
• 8 years minimum experience in a similar position.
