Job Title: Internal Auditor

Qualifications

OND/HND in Accountancy with 5 years experience In hotel audit, control and store management.

Job Title: Food / Beverage Manager
Location: Abia
Qualifications

HND/Degree in Hospitality Management with 12 years experience in a hotel setting out of which 5 must be as F&D Manager or Senior supervisor in a renown hotel.

Job Title: Hotel Accountant
Location: Abia
Qualifications

HND/B.Sc in Accountancy from a recognized Institution with at least 5 years experience in hotel accounting and broad knowledge of control, tax matters and stores.

Job Title: Executive Assistant / Owners Representative
Location: Abia
Qualifications

Degree in Hospitality Management with 10 - 15 years experience in all aspects of hotel operations.
Successful applicant will be expected to report directly to Chairman/CEO.

Job Title: Head Chef
Location: Abia
Qualifications

HND/Degree in Hotel and Catering Management with 15 years experience on the job out of which 5 must be as Head or Executive Chef in a renown hotel, He must have excellent knowledge of kitchen management and portion control.

Job Title: Pastry Chef

Qualifications

OND/HND in Hotel & Catering Management or its equivalent with 7 years experience in pastries. Those with specialized training have better chances.
