This role is individually accountable for providing finance advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market.

Description

Provides advice in line with the customer value proposition & compliance framework.
Develops, tracks & reviews business plan to meet individual performance targets.
Work with a specific range of products.
Receives a production allowance & commission
Work in specific allocated markets.

Provides advice in line with the customer value proposition & compliance framework.

Sales/Productivity:

Develops, tracks & reviews business plan to meet individual performance targets
Engages in prospecting and conversion to sales

Personal Effectiveness:

Accountable for service delivery through own efforts.
Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality
Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results
Accepts and lives the company values
Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills

Relationship Building:

Establish sound working relationships and maximizes opportunities with prospective clients
Uses appropriate interpersonal and communication techniques to gain client acceptance

Qualification and Age

Minimum of B.Sc/HND between the age of 26 and 35 years
