• The successful candidate will coordinate all financial activities of the company including planning, budgeting and forecasting in order to facilitate optimal returns on funds invested in business operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise accounting functions and preparation of financial statistics and reports.
• Establish and maintain accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data is available for business operations and planning
• Coordinate the budget preparation process and support Heads of Departments in the formulation of cost management measures.
• Oversee the prompt administration of monthly payrolls, staff allowances and benefits.

    Job Title: Head, Marketing & Business Development Location: South-South, Nigeria Details

• To generate new and viable business ideas that will impact on bottom line and increase market space for the company’s products.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Investigate proposed business opportunities to ensure that they are in line with corporate strategy
• Perform regular assessments to determine profit potential of new and existing markets, considering sales and expenditure statistics.

• This role will ensure the effectiveness of core business operations through the provision of appropriate and efficient technical support services. He reports to the Depot Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance, Engineering and Instrumentation teams in attaining corporate objectives.
• Provide on-site technical support to the terminal operational team so as to deliver high quality service to our customers.
• Develop technical service strategies to assist in achieving strategic goals and objectives.

    Job Title: Head, Head Office Operations Location: South-South, Nigeria Details

• This position plays a critical role in developing and implementing the company’s operational procedures

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic policies governing all aspects of business operations
• Ensure that systems, policies and solutions that address business imperatives are aligned with the corporate strategic direction
• Manage and monitor vessel movement from point of loading in the country of import to the local Nigerian jetty.
• Ensure that the vessel charter arrangements are firmed up as required.

    Job Title: Head, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Location: Niegria Job Description

• To establish policies, processes and procedures that will help hedge against avoidable loss and liabilities that may result from health and safety issues and ensure that the impact of our business on the environment is minimal
• To provide operational support that enables the business to anticipate, respond to and minimise physical risks to stakeholders and assets. He reports to the Depot Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety case development, review of HSE plans and Emergency Response participation
• Ensure the management of the Emergency Response Plans arrangements by providing adequate training and guidance.
• Act as a focal point for HSE advice and provide support to the Terminal Management team.
• Coordinate induction, training and support to all personnel in relevant areas of HSE.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare reports to ensure that 'root cause' issues are both identified and corrected to prevent a recurrence.

    Job Title: Head, Depot Operations (LPG) Location: South-South, Nigeria Details

• To ensure an excellent delivery in the sales of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) to bulk buyers / customers. He reports to the Deport Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all technical aspects of maintenance and operations of the LPG Terminal, including Storage Area, Jetty Area, Control Room, Fire Fighting System and Truck Loading Bay.
• Ensure that the highest safety standards are implemented and the terminal is exceeding in all HAZOP/HAZID and HSE requirements for oil & gas pipelines, storage, transportation and distribution.
• Develop plans to optimize output from LPG tanks so as to achieve set targets.

    Job Title: Head, Depot Operations (White Products) Location: Niegria Job Description

• To manage the sales of petroleum products to bulk customers and ensure excellence in bulk sales service delivery. He reports to the Depot Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise all white products’ terminal operations and smooth running of the terminal.
• Coordinate discharge and receipt of products and loading operations.
• Control and minimize product loss.
• Liaise with statutory agencies to ensure the necessary documents needed for vessel discharge and trucking are obtained.
• Support the team at the terminal to ensure safe and cost effective operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of the terminal’s business strategies, objectives and plans

• Identify and eliminates internal complexities on process with respect to trucks turnaround within the depot
• Responsible for Volume tracking via volume reconciliation, surveillance reports of depot despatches and Management report on the operation.

    Job Title: Ullage Supervisor Location: South-South, Nigeria Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for determining the amount by which a container falls short of being full of the product.
• Ensure that the vessel ullaging, temperature and water check in the product are properly carried out and in the process of calculation of cargo quantity, report any loss of cargo.
• To carry out cargo reconciliation and out-turn receipt with other participating surveyors and government representatives.
• During trucking, to carry out daily shore tank measurements before and after the day’s operations
• Ensure that all loaded trucks are properly ullaged at the ullage designated area and to conduct random checks on loaded trucks and make sure that the acceptable receipt quantity by trucks are maintained.
• Supervise proper sealing of loaded trucks, within 5 minutes and ensure such truck leaves the premises within 10minutes after loading to avoid congestion.

    Job Title: White Products Gantry Supervisor Location: South-South, Nigeria Job Description

• Oversee and monitor all activities at the WP terminal gantry and supervise the loaders in the sales of products to customers

Duties and Responsibilities

• Update the loading programme with details from each loading operation.
• Respond to gantry-related issues and escalate appropriately
• Schedule loaders for various tasks and manage their performance
• Take periodic stock/meter readings, reconcile with incoming or outgoing stock and document appropriately.
• Coordinate activities of the loaders and consolidate their various reports to the White Product Terminal Supervisor
