  • The company is looking for intelligent, highly motivated candidates who would be willing to work hard, who have the ability to apply common sense in analyzing and resolving problems and who value honesty and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and administering all day - today operations of the Company and report same to the Managing Director of the company
  • Identify business improvement points, process integration points gaps/improvement opportunities.
  • Set clear performance targets and goals of the company and collaborates with all sectional heads and all staff.
  • Works with the Management of the company to understand project concepts, objectives and approach and takes assigned projects from conception to final implementation.
  • Defines, develops, implements and monitor quality assurances, practices and procedures
  • Draft and brief the Management regularly on new ideas for development and growth of the company
  • Ensure Daily records up-keep of all activities of the company including but not limited to procurement of paddy records, spare parts and consumables, production records, machines and generators, product and bye products records etc.
  • Identify deviations, Analyze, take actions and report the same.
  • On the Job training for workers and operators in all areas and share their knowledge and best practice with subordinates.
  • Ensure safety rules are observed in the factory.
Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
  • A minimum of B.Sc or HND in the relevant fields
  • Not more than 40 years as at 1st July 2018
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong team working skills, with an ability to motivate others and to lead or manage teams and projects;
  • A high level of attention to detail;
  • An understanding of, and ability to work with, average-level computer technology.
  • Process & Procedure Implementation Skills.
  • MBA in business Administration or a degree in Engineering will be an added advantage.
  • The successful candidate must quick to learn and be a team player, as will be expected to participate and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Experience:
  • Relevant work experience up to 3-5 years in agro processing industry.
  • Technical knowledge related to paddy processing is an added advantage
  • Ability to work extended hours.
    Job Title: Logistics, Media and Relations Manager Ref: LMP/01/ Location: Kano Job Description
  • The company is looking for intelligent, highly motivated candidates who would be willing to work hard, who have the ability to apply common sense in analyzing and resolving problems and who value honesty and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and administer a strong industry network between the company, Government agencies and other organizations in the industry.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory requirements including but not limited to ensuring that the company complies in procuring PENCOM, ITF, NSITF, BPP, NAFDAC, NESREA and other statutory certificates as set by the Government in the industry.
  • Manages the logistics processes of the company and liaising with the clearing/ logistics agents and other agencies including the Nigerian Immigration Services and Nigerian Customs Services in ensuring seamless import and export activities of the company are carried out.
  • Increase public awareness of the company, its products and activities
  • Develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication and media relations programs
  • Ensure the company protects and promotes its image in a proper, coordinated, and consistent manner
  • Ensuring and managing effective communication channels between the company, the Government and the local communities where the company operates.
  • Act as a media spokesperson on behalf of the company and address questions and complaints.

    Job Title: Assistant Account Manager Ref: AAO/01/ Location: Kano Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Accountant in the management and operation of the accounts department of the company
  • Perform duties assigned to from time to time by the Accountant
  • Responsible for the reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Preparation of staff salaries and making returns of tax to state internal revenue services.
Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
  • A minimum of B.Sc or HND in Accounting
