A reputable organisation located in Lagos Nigeria, requires applications from qualified and experienced candidates to fill the vacant position below: Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Airport Road, Lagos Job Responsibilities In brief, you will be responsible to:

Direct Coverage of Distributor network of retail outlets and exprience in entering new markets
Set up and manage targets main KPIs
Achieve sales targets by directing, coaching and controlling the activities of the sales team (company & Distributor) to ensure maximum brand exposure and yield from Trade Promotion Budget
Focus on Key Account management to drive targeted sales

Qualifications Hard Skillls:

MBA in Sales, Management & Marketing as the medium of University education
Work experience of 3-5 years at a Managerial level. Prior work experience in an FMCG environment is important
A high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, MS Excel
A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
