• He/she will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
• He/she will be responsible for playing a key role in the sales and marketing efforts related to the CNEK Group products & services.
• We seek a qualified applicant to fill the position of Vice Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer, (VCMSO).
• The VCMSO position is a senior executive in the company and is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and Supply division that support enterprise goals.

• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
• Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
• Assists with preparing departmental budgets
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness
• Researches, designs, and writes post-project evaluations and case studies
• Writes marketing materials
• Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends
• Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Works with sales team to develop and close new business

• This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.

• This position requires up to 80% travel

• Minimum of 5 years of marketing, sales/supply, advertisement experience
• Work Authorization/Security Clearance for oversea applicant
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Doctor of Business Administration (DBA or Ph.D in Marketing) from an accredited school and an active license to practice Marketing, in Nigeria and oversea.
• Age range: 25 - 35 years

• The VCMSO must have good leadership and communication skills
• He/she must have good management and interpersonal skills
• He/she must keep up to date with the all the current and potential concepts of the Public Safety sector.
