Job For Technical Support Officer In A Multinational Company

Willers Solutions Limited - Our client, a leading and multinational company located in Lagos is looking to fill the role of: Job Title: Technical Support Officer Location: Lagos Job Description

Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
Must be proficient in speaking FRENCH
Testing and fixing faulty equipment.
Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution
Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
Analyzing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems

Qualifications

Min of OND or its equivalent in Engineering or any Technical Related discipline.
Min of 2 years' experience as a Technical Support Officer

Required Skills:

Up-to-date Technical Skills and knowledge
Must have Electronics Background
Good interpersonal and customer care skills
Good accurate records keeping.
An ability to assess each customer/employee's IT knowledge levels
Ability to deal with difficult callers
Logical thinker
Good analytical and problem solving skills
