We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title:
Outlet Manager (Restaurant)

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper monitor of Raw and Non raw material movement in, out and within the outlet.
  • Handling customer complaints and queries;
  • Establishing relationships with the local community and undertaking activities that comply with the company’s corporate social responsibility programmers.
  • Supervises and coordinates activities of personnel in the production department
  • Operational management: organizing stock and equipment, ordering supplies and overseeing building maintenance, cleanliness and security;
  • Financial management: planning and working to budgets, maximizing profits and achieving sales targets set by head office, controlling stock takings in the restaurant, etc.;
  • Working to ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations;

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years experience in similar line or field.
  • Candidates should possess HND/B.Sc qualifications
