We mainly sell quality Women clothing shoes and accessories, allowing customers shop from the comfort their homes and offering world class customer service experience. We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Female Personal Assistant Location: Lagos Job Descriptions

• The PA should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to multitask and prioritise their own workload; this is often a high pressure role and can be dealing with the personal and business needs of the client.
• There is no normal day and two days will never be the same, you will be entrusted to handle all and manage the day activities of the office.
• A personal assistant at SNT Collections is a very varied role, considered as a senior worker often overseeing members of staff such as Hair stylist, Delivery agents and others.
• You are expected to, manage complex diaries and schedules, organise orders leaving the office and handle customer data base.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible, committed and able to work under pressure.
• Educated to DEGREE level or equivalent.
• Office is location at Ajao Estate in Lagos. Applicants are required to live within close proximity.
• Previous experience in an Administrative or PA role is essential
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office with an advanced knowledge in Excel.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen focus on detail.
• Ability to handle confidential material appropriately
