Job Title: Director, Operations
Location:
Lagos
Job Tye: fulltime Driver
Reports to: GM, Operations

Driver responsibilities

  • Use route navigation apps and knowledge of area to deliver packages to customers on time
  • Interact with customers in a professional manner
  • Work occasional evenings and weekends
  • Complete daily maintenance checks on car and notify manager of any issues
  • Drive in inclement weather
  • Maintain logs to track routes

Qualifications

  • Driver qualifications and skills
  • OND in any field.

Driver skills:

  • Minimum of two years driving experience with a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to manage time and routes for a streamlined delivery experience
  • Strength to lift up to 70 pounds plus bending and twisting
  • Work well independently
  • Open and transparent communication
  • Familiarity with Lagos routes

Job Title: Business Development Executive
Locations: Port Harcourt – Rivers & Lagos
Reports to: GM, Business Development Executives & Procurement

Job Description/Scope

  • Currently, we need Business Development Executives with minimum of one year experience that can handle our business needs in Port Harcourt and Lagos Offices
  • Develop and implement processes related to Business Development.
  • Prepare and update schedules on assigned business, ensuring efficient progress reports

Responsibilities

  • Make use of IT system to support effective business activities
  • Ensure that RFQ generated is converted to PO
  • Ensure that RFQ is submitted as at when due and follow up on all submitted Quotes
  • Build up client data base
  • Generate RFQ from specified companies
  • Follow Up on enquiries and leads and ensure that results are obtained
  • Tender and proposal package preparation and submission
  • Complete all other tasks as assigned.
