Peridot Forte Solutions Consulting Limited - Our client in the consulting industry requires the service of: Job Title: HR Manager Location: Mainland Lagos Industry: IT Consulting Responsibilities

Responsible for the monthly payroll administration
Direct and manage the staff Welfare and Benefits Scheme in line with company policies and procedures.
Partner with team leads on strategic and tactical management decisions that will impact on business results
Ensure employee engagement through facilitating of innovative programs.
Develop and control HR operating budget to ensure all targets are met and statutory regulations are complied with.
Manages the recruitment of staff.
Develop, review and maintain HR policies, processes and procedures in line with best practices and in support of the organisational strategy and direction.
Manage and coordinate effective new hire on-boarding programs as part of the overall induction process.
Drive and facilitate the annual performance management system, from goal setting (Scorecard development) through to half year/year end appraisals to the preparation of annual Employee Development Plan.

Requirements

Minimum of 5years relevant experience
Certified HR professional (CIPM)
Excellent people management skill
Ability to make strategic decision
