We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Training Officer Location: Ogun Job Description

He will be in charge of the training school.
The Training Officer will be responsible for the sourcing of security operatives/guards.
He will be responsible for the training of the security operatives/guards and must be capable of maintaining the pool of guards and
He will be reporting to the Head of Operations (HOP) and must be willing to assist the HOP and attend to tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Skills Required

A minimum of HND or Bachelor Degree in any Social Science course with experience in a similar role in a security company will be an added advantage.
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Attention to details and a goal getter.
