We are recruiting to fill the position below:
- We seek an experienced sales professional, who will be responsible for managing business relationships with customers, identify opportunities for growth, increase revenue for the company as well as improve the customer experience.
- He/She will develop Distributor/Dealer networks around West Africa, understand their business model and market and assist in the development of strategies that will enable the company and the customers to grow and succeed.
- Generate new business leads/opportunities using existing network of contacts and industry knowledge
- Bring to bear own knowledge and experience of selling on the team, defining and implementing developmental strategies that will support the growth of the team and generate increased revenue for the company.
- Identify and recommend relevant Trade Shows to ensure maximum exposure for Kärtel
- Provide the Line manager with the necessary sales reports, budgets, sales plan, and market analysis.
- Engage and interact with decision makers at a senior level to identify new and emerging business opportunities
- Develop respective plans for aggressive achievement of high value sales in timely fashion
- Must be a Graduate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s/HND degree in any relevant field.
- Proven sales/marketing experience in Renewable energy products (Inverters, Solar panels, batteries etc.) is a must.
- Highly organized self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
