Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various teams.
Monitor and ensure adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
Delegate tasks, supervise staff, monitor and evaluate performance.
Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals.
Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity
Report to top management.

Job Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and business relationship management skills.
Excellent team coordination and motivation skills.
Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Resultorientation: excellence in goal pursuit and achievement.
