By offering Solar Power as a Service, Lumos offers homes and small businesses a simple and affordable way to pay for electricity in small installments using their mobile phones We are recruiting to fill the position below:         Job Title: Regional Recovery Officer Locations: Kaduna, Sokoto, Delta, Lagos. Enugu, Oyo Function: CEO’s Office Reporting Relationship (Line Manager): Legal & Compliance Counsel Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for keeping track of defaulting customer accounts to identify nature of repossession required
• Will plan and chart effective course of actions to recover Company assets or its monetary value from defaulting customers
• Manage relationships with defaulting customers to ensure compliance with repossession, repayment agreements, undertakings etc.
• Responsible for the recruitment, training and sensitization of the repossession agents in recovering Company assets or its monetary value from defaulting customers
• Responsible for the monitoring, coordination and assigning of defaulting customers cases to the repossession agents
• Will track and locate valid contacts and residence of defaulting customers for onward transfer to repossession agents for recovery of Company assets or its monetary value
• Will work in conjunction with the repossession agent in achieving the recovery monthly targets and key performance indicators
• Rendition of weekly and monthly repossession reports to the Legal and Compliance Counsel
• Will liaise with external lawyers for quick dispensation of escalated cases

• First degree in any discipline (HND/BSC/BA)
• Strong understanding of debt recovery process
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office applications
• Three (3) years work experience in a similar field
• Knowledge of renewable energy is desirable
