We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below: Job Title: Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Electrician Location: Nigeria The Job

Carry out routine PPM in the Production process lines according to maintenance best practices.
Diagnose root cause of electrical malfunction.
Replace faulty electrical component of machine such as switches, motors, sensors, relay etc.
Document and analyze test result such as infra-red thermometer readings etc.

Qualifications

Ordinary National Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Five (5) O’ level credits including English & Mathematics in not more than two (2) sittings.

Person Specification The person must:

Be physically fit.
Have good problem solving skills.
Be able to work harmoniously with others.
Have good communication skills.

Experience:

Two (2) years related experience

Job Title: Process Operator Location: Nigeria The Job

Carry out effective operations of the process lines in order to produce standard quality products in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
Program and operate the facility’s computer system that operates the machinery.
Carry out effective process control by constantly monitoring process variables against set points.

Person Specification The person must be:

Be physically fit.
Have good communication skills.
Have good equipment troubleshooting abilities.
Have basic computer skills.

Qualifications

Ordinary National Diploma in Science related disciplines.

Experience:

Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Nigeria The Job

Operate the packing machine in line with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Perform autonomous maintenance on the packing machine to prevent break down.
Monitor product quality to identify deviations from specification.

Qualifications

Ordinary National Diploma in Science related disciplines.
Five (5) O’ level credits including English and Mathematics in not more than two (2) sittings.

Experience:

Job Title: Accounts Clerk Location: Nigeria The Job

Prepare daily cash payment and imprest reports.
Daily upload of financial transactions into AX database.
Track and report compliance in IOU collection and retirement.
Provide accounting and clerical support to the finance department.
Daily inventory reconciliation for all finished goods, packaging and raw materials.
Process relevant documents for inter-company transactions.
Actively participate in monthly stock count while ensuring accuracy and preparation of stock count variance report.

Job Title: HSE Supervisor Location: Nigeria The Job

Inspect the facility and close out or escalate any possibility for the occurrence of accidents, fire outbreaks and hazards.
Check the facility to ascertain that all environmental and safety equipment are in a safe and ready to use condition.
Supervise the disposal of waste within the facility to ensure compliance with established standards
Monitor operations within the factory and uphold safety standards.
Identify the need and preparation of risk assessments, compliance and training of staff, with particular reference to machine risk assessments, manual handling, working at height etc.

B.Sc/HND in related disciplines

Set up and adjust metalworking machines and equipment.
Operate machines to produce parts or tools by turning, boring, milling, planning, shaping, slotting, grinding or drilling metal stock or components.
Dismantle faulty tools and assemblies and repair or replace defective parts.

Job Title: Service and Maintenance Officer Location: Nigeria The Job

Prepare maintenance requirement schedule for planned maintenance jobs and ensure timely issue of spare parts requirements.
Prepare report on spares consumption by cost centres for all types of maintenance.
Carry out Pre and Post evaluation of spares utilization per maintenance job using job orders.
Assist maintenance team to run the maintenance module with the Group ERP software.
