A reputable conglomerate with diverse investment in ICT both in Nigeria and other parts of West Africa requires seasoned candidates to fill the position below for its operations which cover Nigeria and West Africa:       Job Title: Male Secretary REF: MSEC Location: Nigeria Job Profile

  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Document expenses and hand in reports.
General Qualifications Required
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Secretarial Studies or any related field
  • Member of the institute of chartered administrators will be an advantage.
Experience/Competencies Required:
  • Minimum of 10 years cognate experience in secretarial management
  • Minimum of 45-50 years of age
  • Must have worked as Confidential Secretary to the Managing Director or related position
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skils
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.

      Job Title: Operations Manager Location: Abuja or Lagos General Qualifications/Competencies
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Social Sciences or the Humanities
  • A Master's Degree or/and professional qualification will be added advantage Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A good team player and with good negotiation sklls
  • Ability to handle the pressure of working in a dynamic and result oriented environment
  • Resident in, or ready to relocate to Abuja or Lagos.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years hands-on post NYSC work experience
  • Cognate experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Banking and/or Telecommunications industry
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office Packages
  • Ability to work late and under pleasure with little or no supervision
  • Minimum age brackets within 40 to 45 years from the date of publication
  • High degree of integrity, confidentiality, confidence and ability to contribute to corporate culture
  • Applicant must have a good and vast knowledge of the country
  • Applicant must be ready and willing to travel - at shortest notice - within and outside the country if need arises.

  • Plan and coordinate the office affairs, system and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trades persons (e.g. electricians)
  • Organize and supervise other office activities arid the secretarial staff.
General Qualifications Required
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Member of the Institute of Chartered Administrators will be an advantage.
