Martina Johnson Travels Limited - We provide all travelling services both nationally and internationally. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Customer Care Representative Location: Lagos Job Responsibilities

Manage customers incoming calls and Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within reasonable time line.

Job Requirements

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
BSc/HND in Mass Communication or any Social Science discipline.
