An Engineering Firm located in Lagos, is looking for suitable candidates to fill the position below:     Job Title: Billing Officer Location: Lagos Main Tasks & Job Description

  • Update the customer master file with contact information.
  • Track exceptions between the shipping log and invoice register
  • Enter invoices into customer invoicing web sites
  • Submit invoices by electronic data interchange
  • Issue Invoices & Credit Memos to Customers
  • Issue Monthly Customer Statement
  • Liaise with Sales Department ( Sales Support officer)
  • Process credit memos
Requirements
  • Very Good Knowledge of Microsoft office ( Word & Excel)
  • Basic Knowledge in Accounting
  • Worked on Billing or Accounting Software
