Urban Hive Nigeria is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below: Job Title: Senior Python Developer Location: Lagos Job Description

We are looking for a Backend Developer to work with us on a full time or part time basis. Remote option also considered.

Requirements

7+ years of professional IT work experience
Excellent communication
Comfortable using project management tools (E.g. Trello)
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to manage expectations
Willing to work extra hours if needed
Be able to work both independently and within a team.

Programming Skills Required

Apache
Git
Vanilla and Node JS
Ability to code in Java (for Android) is a big plus.
AWS knowledge and experience (EC2, RDS, SNS, SES, Route 53, S3, Lambda, API Gateway)
Python (Django & Pyramid framework)
MySQL
Ubuntu Linux
