Job Title: Pouch Machine Operator Location: Lagos Job Type: Permanent Job, Full Time Role Category: Production/Manufacturing/Maintenance/Foreman/Technician Employment Description

To Operate Pouching Machine, To make Stand up Pouch, Centre seal , zipper pouch , 3 side seal Pouch.
To mange Production activities

Responsibilities

Perform minor machine maintenance
Pack, mark, stack and stage products
Complete documentation.
Set up and operate pouch-making machines to convert laminated films into pouches
Read job specs and previous run data to determine material requirements and machine adjustments
Identify machine malfunctions and defective products; take necessary actions to correct
Measure dimensions of products to determine accuracy of machines
Conduct burst test, drop test, water table test and other quality tests on products
Adhere to all company, quality and safety requirements/ standards
Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized work area
Maintain rates for line speed, set up times and scrap
Report maintenance needs and safety hazards

Requirements

Qualification: B.Sc
Experience needed: 5 - 7 Years.
Key Skills: Pouching/Pouching machine Operator.
