TeamAce – Our client, a luxurious 5 Star Hotel located in Victoria Island, Lagos is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:
Job Title: Hotel General Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
- The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel and provide the direction the hotel, he will also guide the employees to work as a well-functioning team. He must be a team player and a result oriented leader.
- Top level managerial experience with an eye for details.
- Able to put a system in place to ensure quality control.
- A good knowledge of the local market.
- Able to leverage on already existing customer network to boost the hotel occupancy rate from 70% to 90% or more.
- Must be a Nigerian that has worked in a 5 Star Hotel as a general manager or assistant general manager.
- Must have at least 5 years experience in the hospitality industry and has a good rapport with hotel booking departments of various local and international companies who do long stay hotel bookings.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or relevant role.
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
