Job Title: Business Development Manager
- Strategic planning and management of Logistics, Warehouse, Transportation and customer services.
- Source for new businesses and ensure that existing clients are retained.
- Arrange warehouse, plan routes and process shipments.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Supervise, coach and train logistics workforce etc.
- Liaise and negotiate with clients on behalf of the company.
- Keeping track of quality, delivery times, transport and efficiency.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
- The ideal candidate should be HND/B.Sc holders in relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 years cognate experience in the Logistics industry
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, together with strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- You must be able to problem solve and make decisions under pressure.
- An Operations Manager must have excellent written and numeracy skills.
- You must have competent IT skills and be aware and able to operate industry standard software used in Operations Management within the Courier industry.
- Experience in both international/domestic courier industries is important.
- Strong Organizational skills together with the ability to multi-task are essential.
- You must be able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, design, testing and implementation relating to operations management.
- Candidates should reside around Gbagada, Oshodi, Bariga, Shomolu, Isolo area.
