We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:   Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job Type: Contract Objective

• Ensure the commercial success of the allocated brands of vehicles/equipment and also identify new markets and business opportunities
• Play active part in the development of short-medium-long term business goal

• Establish new business
• Collaborate with the GM to secure, retain and grow accounts through understanding clients’ needs
• Conduct effective research analysis on competitors and business environment
• Generate business leads and follow up on sales opportunities
• Organise meetings with prospective clients;
• Excellent After-sales service
• Adhere strictly to companies compliance policies and standard business relationship ethics.

• Sales, Aftersales.

• Ensure effective and timely response to CIVIL/STRUCTURAL technical queries and verify compliance with COMPANY procedures.
• Validate CIVIL/STRUCTURAL design studies by ensuring that they are accurate and meet overall Statement of Requirements.
• Ensure awareness and compliance of HSE rules and regulations by contractors.

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with 10 -15 years cognate experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Proficiency in the use of relevant Computer Programs (AutoCAD, STAADPro, SACS, NSO (Fastrudl, Isymost).
• Proficient use of PDMS is an advantage.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Industry Codes and Standards (British Standards, Eurocodes, ISO, API, DNV, etc.)
• Good interpersonal and Communication Skills.

• Civil and Structural design studies, engineering and installation works, Civil and Structural deliverables.

• Ensure awareness and compliance with HSE rules and regulations by contractors,
• Ensure strict application by contractors of PTW (permit to work) and approved work procedures in order to not endanger safety of personnel and integrity of the facilities,
• Ensure compliance of the works with the applicable regulations, specifications and technical documents,
• Ensure works’ schedule is met.

• Engineering background with a minimum of 5 years' experience in construction of Oil & Gas installations
• Qualifications: Engineering Bachelor Degree or Higher National Diploma and AWS-CWI or IWI-S/C or IWT or CSWIP3.2 minimum qualification in welding inspection and ISO 9712 or ASNT level 2 minimum qualification in RT films interpretation as well as NACE or BGAS or FROSIO level2 minimum qualification in painting inspection.
• Good English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to adapt and to discuss with contractors
• SAS HUET (or BOSIET) and CA-EBS

• Welding and Painting, Maintenance, Test and Inspection.

• Oversees and manages day to day activities of materials movement to and from the Rig site.
• Coordinates materials storage within rig location to ensure optimal space usage and house-keeping
• Assist in planning of day to day logistics for the movement of materials to and from the rig site.
• Responsible for ensuring Materials Receiving Process is fully implemented. Communicates and coordinates with procurement, end user and vendors. Resolves all non-conformities of material delivered.
• Receives materials after verification against delivery ticket/packing list and Purchase orders to ensure compliance to specification.
• Prepare requisition of materials, chemicals and OCTG required for the Well
• Maintain a track of ALL rental/3rd party materials within the rig location and ensure no demurrage is incurred.
• Monitor fuel receipt and consumption for vehicles, generators and rig operation
• Maintain accurate record of ALL Chemical and OCTG receipts, usage and returns
