UHY Maaji - We are Partners to a Europe based Packaging Equipment manufacturing company for the Food and Beverage industry. To service our customers within Nigeria and possibly other West/Central African Countries.

We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Accounting / Finance Executive Location: Lagos

Duties of the Position

Ensure quarterly collection of service charges
Ensure reconciliation of bank balances.
Prepare and maintain good accounting records for all transactions of the Estate,
Follow up on debts collection
Monitor and handle payments of Eko electricity bills
Monitor and handle payments for diesel supply
Liaise with residents and facility managers
Ensure the security and general cleanliness of the premises during visits
Preparation of monthly reports
Ensure adequate records for assets acquisitions, disposal, transfers and write off.
Ensure all transactions are adequately captured
Issuance of receipts to residents after payments
Prepare fixed assets schedules

Key Performance Indicators

Collection of service charges
Prompt payment of service charges
Reconciliation of bank balances
