Job Responsibilities

Supports in employee hiring and placement.
Health and Safety Management
Facility and Security Management
Personnel management
Supports to source and facilitate employee training for the improvement of skills.
Performance Management
Employee Relations and Personnel Administration

The Person

B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or any Social Science related courses and professional qualification an added advantage.
1- 2 years post NYSC experience on the same position in Manufacturing industry.
Oral and written communication skill.
Excellent organisational & leadership skill.
Should be 27 - 32 years of ago.
Good Knowledge and Application Labour laws and related laws.
Proficient /advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other packages.
Good negotiating skill.
