The company commenced operations of intercity and intracity transportation in December 2002 with fleet of 132 vehicles. Cross Country is a transportation company that is located in Yaba, Lagos. The company serves more than 26 destinations in Nigeria and some neighbouring African countries. They are into the business of conveying passengers and goods in commercial and private vehicles.

We are recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Description

Taking customers orders
Serving of meals
Responding to customers enquires and feedback

Requirements Candidate must possess these qualities:

Effective attention to details
Must be smart, efficient and goal oriented
Must understand timelines and meet deadlines
Team work qualities.
Experience in Customer Service
Good command of English Language
Ability to write in English Language
Must possess experience in customer relationship management
