Responsibilities

Answer phone calls.
Provide accurate documentation of sales and inventory.
Provide timely updates to the CEO of the company.
Works collaboratively with all members of the company
Respond to customer inquiries on our marketplaces like Jiji, Jumia and Konga
Provide excellent and professional customer service.

Qualifications

Computer usage know-how
Good written and oral communication skills
Must be able to commute to Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos ever day
Trustworthy, humble and honest personality without any criminal intention or criminal background.
