Job Title: Female Senior Sales / Marketing Manager Location: Lagos

Requirements

Applicant must have over 10 years experience on flew marketing FMCG
Mature female candidate
Applicant must be a result-oriented, with a proven track record of successes.

Job Title: Property Manager Location: Lagos

Job Description

Managing a property team
Liaising with both tenants and landlords
Visiting properties and carrying out inspections
Supervising, controlling, and planning the day-to-day activities involved with management of property
Ensuring that properties are properly maintained
Set and enforce occupancy poll des and regulations necessary to maintain order within property premises

Qualifications Required

HND / B.Sc in Building related discipline
Membership of professional bodies will be an advantage.

Requirements:

Applicant must have experience managing a property team
Applicant must be mature, organized and able to lead.

Job Title: Chief Accountant Location: Lagos

Qualification Required

HND / B.Sc in Accounting, and / or an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigerian (ICAN).

Requirements:

Applicant must have verifiable work experience with a minimum of 5 years in the manufacturing industry as an accountant
Applicant must have domain knowledge and expertise In financial management
Applicant must have good knowledge of tax processing with the relevant authorities
Applicant must be well versed in cost ad budget analysis
Applicant must possess the ability to work in a multicultural environment and under pressure whilst maintain professionalism and composure
