We are a business based in Lagos on the hunt for a proactive, creative and Marketing officer with good knowledge of content writing and SEO to join our team in the capacity below:

Job Title: Marketing Officer Location: Lagos

Job Description

Write a clear marketing copy to promote the company's products/services
Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
Work with the web team to enhance the webpages + actively monitor and improve SEO performance
Manage and develop all campaign elements including but not limited to ads, PPC campaigns, blogs, infographics, print, events, sponsorship, CRM, email communications, video, social media and SEO optimisation, utilising internal and external resources as appropriate
Create & Manage marketing campaigns by working with our clients and suppliers
Manage and optimise lead generation that impacts all stages of the customer journey
Ability to close sales via cold calls and cold emails would be considered as an added advantage

Requirements

A minimum of HND/B.Sc. degree in any field
Proven work experience as a Content Writer or similar role
Experience doing research using multiple sources
Experience with cold calls and cold emails
Ability to meet deadlines
Portfolio of published articles
Experience with content generation for marketing collateral
