Unfortunately, communication in the workplace can be abusive and provocative, with salary deductions imposed for minor errors, affecting all employees, including drivers. The MD seems more congenial around female staff, but generally shows little empathy for the well-being of employees. The work environment often includes harsh language and derogatory remarks.
Young and capable technical students are often recruited under the guise of professional growth, yet find themselves without health insurance, pension, or additional benefits. Long working hours for the technical team, sometimes resulting in late finishes, can make the job demanding. The only positive aspect is the availability of a vehicle for commuting.
