During my tenure at Gebit Investment Limited, I encountered several challenges that I believe are crucial for prospective employees to be aware of. One of the most notable aspects was the management style, which unfortunately leaned towards toxicity. There was a palpable lack of constructive communication and support from higher-ups, creating a tense and uncomfortable work environment. Decision-making processes often seemed arbitrary, and the lack of transparency left many employees feeling disheartened and undervalued.
Furthermore, the organization exhibited a concerning dearth of opportunities for professional growth. Despite my dedication and efforts, I found limited avenues for career advancement or skill development. The absence of a structured career development program and clear pathways for promotion left employees feeling stagnant and frustrated.
The workplace culture also suffered due to the absence of a supportive and nurturing atmosphere. Team members often felt hesitant to voice their concerns, fearing repercussions. This stifled creativity and innovation, hindering the overall productivity and morale of the workforce.
