An unstructured organization where termination policy based on alleged mistakes can create an environment of fear and insecurity among employees. The abuse of power, exemplified by Victoria Ibitoye - Group head HR / Admin, further contributes to a negative workplace culture. The organization's disregard for staff welfare and the pervasive fear of sudden terminations contradict their own policies, creating an unhealthy working atmosphere. I was terminated after two weeks of resumption due to false accusations by Victoria Ibitoye which raises concerns about fairness and due process in employment decisions. Additionally, Victoria enforces a requirement to address her with a specific title, like "miss," (or you get fired) despite not having adapted to the organizational culture, indicates an abuse of power and a culture of undue control. Such practices creates a hostile work environment and hinder open communication, impacting overall employee morale and productivity. Wouldn’t recommend IBIC Holdings / George Residence even if you’ve been unemployed for years. 0/10.
