Jamub is a promising organisation but has lots of nepotism and misfit orchestrated by top management.The micromanaging is detrimental and there is no regard for staff privacy.Obvious sexual harassment and victimisation is noticed.Its being run like a one man business with lots of interference by the CEO's family especially the wife.Salaries are delayed for frivolities like family birthdays and philantropic showmanship. Staff are sacked at the discretion of ceo family members and spiritual fathers.Moreso,sacrifices and sharing blood within the premises of the headoffice was reported by neighbours.Jamub is not an healthy place to work
