Toxic Management and poor work culture - ★☆☆☆☆
Prixair Group has one of the worst managements. The owner, Demola Banjo is quite rude and toxic. The management plays a lot of tribal bigotry, and you are expected to run the business with your personal resources. When you request reimbursement, you are denied or threatened. Salary doesn't come by the end of the month, and when you dont play their politics, you are labeled as an outcast.
The toxic level of the management - ★☆☆☆☆
The management is the major problem of this company. Work-life balance is poor, and salary doesn't come as and when due. Too many infighting caused by the management's tribal bigotry. I regret leaving my former company for this place.
