Corporate Lawyer Requirements, Skills & Qualifications

The following common skills and qualifications are required of a Corporate Lawyer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Licensed to practice law from the State or National Bar Association.
  • A minimum of x years’ experience as a corporate lawyer.
  • Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.
